LONDON BASED REGISTERED NUTRITIONAL THERAPIST WITH A DEEP PASSION FOR HOLISTIC WOMEN'S WELLNESS & EVIDENCE BASED SKIN HEALTH

My journey into the world of holistic health began with a strong scientific foundation. I hold a degree in Biomedical Science (BSc), which provided me with a deep understanding of the intricate workings of the human body. Yet, I've always believed that science and nature should go hand in hand.

My love for delicious, nourishing meals, yoga, meditation, and immersing myself in the beauty of the natural world complements my passion for holistic health and well-being. These elements have become essential parts of my life, helping me maintain balance and vitality.

I DECIDED TO RETRAIN AS A NUTRITIONAL THERAPIST IN ORDER TO ONCE AND FOR ALL IDENTIFY THE ROOT CAUSE OF MY CHRONIC HEALTH CONCERNS & ACNE AND GET MY HEALTH BACK

But like many of us, I faced my own health challenges, notably persistent acne that refused to budge well into my adult years. I tried countless conventional treatments, from topical creams to long courses of antibiotics and even Roaccutane. However, these approaches only aggravated my skin and brought about unwelcome side effects.

As I delved into the world of nutritional therapy and naturopathy, I started to experience a positive transformation.  As I made progressive changes to my diet and lifestyle, my skin began to clear, and my gut, hormones, and mood found their balance. An inner radiance emerged, and my overall well-being improved significantly.

My approach to food is that I strive for delicious, nutritious and simple with a mix of colour and vibrancy that your gut and skin will love. Tailored and targeted in order to obtain all those essential therapeutic nutrients for optimal gut health, hormonal balance and the best skin results.

Today, my mission is to empower you with the knowledge and tools to reclaim your well-being and achieve radiant, clear skin from the inside out. I specialise in addressing issues that many women face, from the discomfort of bloating, PMS, and heavy menstruation to the challenges of managing anxiety and coping with persistent skin issues like acne.

Together, we can embark on this transformative journey towards a healthier, more radiant you. Let's explore the power of evidence-based nutrition and natural solutions, guided by the principles of naturopathy, to help you look and feel your best.

MY CREDENTIALS

I am a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), registered with the Complementary & Healthcare Council (CNHC) and General Naturopathic Council (GNC). I continue to educate myself in the latest nutritional science research and findings by attending regular seminars, exhibitions and conferences to ensure continual professional development & get my clients the very best results.
